Here we present a case 74-year-old male patient, having no known comorbid, presented in Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Karachi OPD complains generalized lesions, itching for 2 years, weakness 4 months lymphadenopathy or visceromegaly. CBC showed absolute lymphocytosis eosinophilia. Some lymphocytes exhibited cerebriform nuclei. CT scan neck, chest abdomen bilateral enlarged superficial inguinal lymph nodes multiple axillary nodes. Skin biopsy was inconclusive. Immunophenotyping peripheral blood then performed which an aberrant population showing positivity CD3, CD8, CD2, CD25 negative CD4, CD45, CD5, CD30, CD56 variable expression CD7. Case finalized CD8+ involvement.
These findings very rare highlight the importance integrated approach to clinical course, morphological other ancillary tests be used correlation each other. also diversity malignancies terms immunophenotype.

Report of a rare case of bullous mycosis fungoides

Mycosis fungicides (MF), on extremely rare occasions, can be associated with vesiculobullous eruptions. We describe a 74-year-old man with previous documented histopathologic diagnosis of poikilodermic type of MF who recently developed some flaccid acral bullae on erythemoatous MF plaque and normal skin. Histopathology and direct immunoflourscence studies revealed extensive lichenoid chan...

Hyperpigmented mycosis fungoides: a rare variant

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common type of cutaneous Tcell lymphoma. The diagnosis of classic MF is based on a combination of clinical presentation, histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and T-cell monoclonality detected by molecular studies. However, the diagnosis can be difficult in some cases. We report a case of hyperpigmented mycosis fungoides. A 60-year-old woman, phototype IV, pre...

Childhood Hypopigmented Mycosis Fungoides: A Rare Diagnosis

Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) are rare in pediatrics. Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most frequent PCL diagnosed in childhood. There are various clinical variants of MF, including the hypopigmented MF (HMF). We present a 5-year-old boy with an 18-month history of progressive, generalized, nonpruritic hypopigmented lesions with central lacy erythema. He had no improvement with emollients. Ski...

Dual CD4/CD8-positive Ichthyosiform Mycosis Fungoides with Lymph Node, Peripheral Blood and Cardiac Involvement: A Case Report.

Ichthyosiform mycosis fungoides (MF) is a rare variant of MF, occurring in 3.5% of MF patients according to one study (1, 2). Patients with ichthyosiform MF exhibit clinical manifestations similar to those of acquired ichthyosis; histologically, however, they show epidermotropism of atypical lymphocytes. Ichthyosiform MF is characterized by indolent course and usually good response to photother...
